Mattress Atrium has two shops #02-03 set up as a demonstration and sales presentation. #02-27/28 set up as a showroom with wide range of mattresses and bedframes.
The sales person told me all their products are fully imported from UK, USA and Australia. His business card and showroom display show prominently the logos SEVERUS giving the impression of the brand name. His sales knowledge, presentation and demonstration convinced me. I bought it on the spot with full payment.
After received the product I found that my purchased has been MISLED. My recorded SMS with the salesman prove what he claimed was all lies and misleading. He wanted turn nasty.
I went to CASE he refuse to admit his misleading sales and claim that I have signed the purchased order. Yes I did sign without looking at it as I trusted him. I intended to go to small claim court but could not wait for the process. The mattress was intact and not been used for more than a month and couldn’t wait any longer so I give up trying.
If you are thinking of buying a mattress and bedframe, think again. If you have place an order and was been misled, think about it.

Im sorry sir,no one mislead you.As for the sale,you are the one that told me u needed to talk to your wife,thats why i turned to serve others,and you were the one that followed me to the other showroom and the decided to buy out of your own will...no one really forced u as you can see the quality of our beds,u decided to go with the decision.I am really astonished at the way you are putting the blame on.Please do as you wish on the forums as i actually think ppl read that crap.Anyway,as u requested,we have already stopped the bed from being brought over,a refund of $1095 would be refunded to u in a few working days.Have fun with the forums sir,it WAS a pleasure doing buisness with you.Adrian@Mattress Atrium
J. I bought as a package and have the rights to reject as it was misleading. Its ok, bad deal is done once only if your boss don't think so. Later others will know.
So excuse me for my blunt askin sir,so do you want the bed delivered or nt,im really confused as there is no way for a full refund and you'll nt settle for a refund on the bed.

J. Why do you need to refund if you said the storage is made in Australia. If you think there is no misleading then is ok. I am just putting my expirence in the forum.

J. I understand what is back n white. I am not nasty. I felt mislead just want to be justify. I am sorry you feel pressured. It's ok don't refund. if your boss think this the way to do business. Forum is the best way to broadcast the facts of the matter.

J. Your mattress are NOT Made In UK. Your storage bed are NOT Made In Australia. Which you claimed.It'smisleading. I will bring this matter to CASE.
A.I already told u,do whatever you want.The mattress spring system is imported and assembled in singapore.i've already explained.Do whatever u need to do John,im very sick of this already.
